Corea del Norte volvió a realizar otro ensayo de misiles, lo que endurece aún más su desafío a la comunidad internacional. El misil tipo escudo viajó 450 kilómetros y cayó en el mar de Japón, nación que denunció de inmediato la prueba.
Corea del Sur informó en primer momento sobre el lanzamiento y dio detalles del tipo de misil que empleo esta vez Corea del Norte en su décimo segundo ensayo balístico.
Este último test llega además justo después de que los líderes del G7 se reunieran este fin de semana en la localidad siciliana de Taormina, donde emitieron un comunicado en el que se urge a Corea del Norte a "abandonar todos sus programas de misiles balísticos y nucleares de forma completa, verificable e irreversible".
El G7 amenazó con reforzar las sanciones que ya pesan sobre el aislado país asiático si no opta por la desnuclearización.
